SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Estimates
Most estimates can be completed over the phone. However, if there is a need to see the issue in person, we will come out for a small fee.
Our estimates consider the visible work area. If hidden or structural damage is discovered during the assessment, we will inform you and discuss repair options. These discoveries may require additional charges to ensure the damage meets safety and building codes. We will provide a quote for these additional services as needed.
Materials
The homeowner will cover the costs of all materials. If we need to make a trip to the store to purchase additional materials to complete your project, you will be charged an hourly rate for that trip.
Payment Options
As a COD (Cash on Delivery) business, we require a credit card at the time of appointment scheduling. Upon completion of the work by our contractor, you have the flexibility to make the payment on-site using your credit card or by calling our office to process the payment.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo and ACH (Automatic Check transfer).
If payment is not received within 30 days, interest will accrue at a rate of 3.5% per month, commencing from the date of job completion. Furthermore, if legal measures must be undertaken, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred during the collection process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will not incur any charges. In the event of a scheduled appointment, if the client is absent upon our arrival or cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we retain the right to impose a minimum service/trip fee of $85.

Our service area includes but is not limited to Acton, Arlington, Ayer, Bedford, Belmont, Boxborough, Carlisle, Chelmsford, Concord, Devens, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Littleton, Lowell, Marlborough, Maynard, Natick, Newton, Shirley, Stow, Sudbury, Waltham, Wayland, Westford, Weston and Greater Middlesex County Area.
Scheduling / Hours of Operation
In certain instances, a job may require multiple visits for completion. In such cases, where we anticipate the need for more than one day of work, we will schedule multiple appointments with you. It's important to note that the full billing amount will be processed upon the project's completion.
